M40_CONTEMPORY LOFT
Situé sur la plage des Pesquiers, en contact direct avec la nature grâce à ces exceptionnelles baies vitrées, il rend hommage à l'intérêt grandissant de la ville et de la région pour le design et la nouvelle création qui, à travers le festival du design, le festival de la mode, la Villa Noailles et la Fondation Carmignac, sont autant d'événements et de lieux qui animent tout au long de l'année ce petit morceaux de littoral préservé.
Écrin d’un minimalisme utilitaire, M40 dévoile son ossature et sa transparence. Les circulations s’organisent autour de murs formant des rideaux de céramique, laissant passer la lumière par leurs canopées. Il n’y a plus de notion d’extérieur, ni d’intérieur, l’été les immenses baies vitrées de près de 14m laissent entrer la lumière et vous offre un contact inégalé avec la nature.
Le contraste entre l'activité de la plage à 10 mètres et le silence de la terrasse donnant sur le parc de l'hippodrome de plusieurs hectares est saisissant.
Vous profiterez des couchers de soleils depuis la cuisine d'été sur le rooftop et de son salon extérieur attenant.
Enfin, vous découvrirez une collection d'objets de design rendant hommage à de nombreux créateurs et céramistes de renom, souvent acteurs du Festival de Hyères, un séjour inoubliable pour amateurs avertis.
M40 is a hybrid place, between loft and modernist villa.
Located on the beach of Les Pesquiers, in direct contact with nature thanks to its exceptional bay windows, it pays tribute to the growing interest of the city and the region for design and new creation which, through the design festival, the fashion festival, the Villa Noailles and the Carmignac Foundation, are as many events and places that animate throughout the year this small piece of preserved coastline.
This 110 m2 ground floor space has a rooftop, a small swimming pool and various outdoor spaces including a patio sheltered from the wind, covering an area of over 200 m2. Inside, you will find a large living room with windows throughout and open onto a contemporary kitchen, an office facing the racecourse, 2 bedrooms open onto a bathroom extending outside for the 2 showers, thus offering a unique experience.
Its location is exceptional: located 10 metres from the beach, it offers a panoramic view to the east over the Golden Islands and from the ground floor terrace or the rooftop and at sunset over the hippodrome park adorned with a forest of umbrella pines.
A utilitarian minimalist setting, M40 reveals its framework and its transparency. The circulation is organised around walls forming ceramic curtains, letting the light through their canopies.
